The reversible seats are not new to Sydney they have been around for decades. I remember these seats on the old red rattlers that ran from the 1920s to the early 1990s prior to this design.

Restaurant name: Kaettekita Miyatamenji Verdict: I would say it gets a 8/10 as the broth and noodle texture is straight up amazing. However, I would say the service or overall presentation needs to be slightly more complete for new customers. I was not new to Tsukemen so I know to dip the noodles in the broth and asked for Dashi afterwards to add into the broth to drink further. I saw other customers adding water as they misunderstood the instructions and didn’t ask for dashi. There were not enough employees to explain to customers I guess and the instructions are not the clearest, so that’s my feedback 👌🏼
