Where is this
What a Mess
Thank you
crystal blue spring water Ground should be covering that. EPD fails us.
That is a huge leveled out property. If Rivian decides not to build might make a nice airport or a big pickle ball complex.
thanks, Barnfly.
The taxpayers of Georgia are now being duped out of $200 mill spent to get the roads and land ready for a Rivian investment. Given Rivian's recurring billion $$ quarterly losses; and Rivian's certain path to bankruptcy, I really don't know what the lawmakers in Georgia were thinking. The chances of Rivian establishing a billion $$ presence in Georgia are just not plausible. Rivian's bankruptcy is 100% plausible
@@evgenymakashov8688 ... haha... u do know "gross profit" isn't "actual" profit, correct?
Looks to me that it is too wet to do anything right now 😊
There's zero chance this project will be done prior to 2027/2028. Rivian's logical choice would be to hunker down and save money for 2 years, and weather the storm of low R1 sales (for 2+ years!) until their R2 line comes to fruition in their cost saving Illinois plant strategy. The only way this stock stays alive is massively cutting costs with this factory being the first head on the chopping block. They'll string the state of Georgia along for minimum 2 years, until they have enough capital/confidence from 2026 R2 sales, but the question is, will the state rescind this land offer in the meantime? Would be catastrophic for probably both parties involved. Probably more for Rivian. The only way I see the Georgia plant producing its first vehicle prior to 2028 would be if they land another gigantic "Amazon" sized commercial vehicle sale. Which I would not say is likely.
That is a lot of water, why is it staying wet all the time?
A little narration or explanation would be helpful. What city is it being built at ?
Where's is going
Nice video keep them coming
Do we know when they will start building the plant?
They have decided to wait, THANK GOD!!!
Nice video. Rivian R2 is just a concept car. No announced release date, but probably around 2027. This date is well past the point Rivian runs out of money. In other words, Rivian losing $1.5 bill/qtr (per 4Q23 results). Teasing the R-2 is just a deceptive way of trying to raise more money via secondaries from gullible investors. Rivian's losses are massive and almost guarantees a bankruptcy. The R2 specs and pricing pretty meaningless; as its doubtful it will ever be sold
Not to mention they're losing that amount of money before CapEx spend for the R2 factory even hits the books given they haven't started construction, and yeah best case end of 2026 for R2 production although they'll guide sooner than that for the gullible.
Wow . Looks like top pad grassing is almost done and lower will finish too . I’m guessing end of march for vertical construction after rains fully stop.
Nice . Looks like grassing is ongoing after grading completion
When to start build the factory, they said the r2 come out at 2026, less than 2 years, is it finish on time?
So sad how they are destroying beautiful farmland and water supply to residents of Rutledge.
Keep us updated. Thanks a lot
Great video , keep it up
there is a big jolt coming in for electric vehicles (pun intended) - future is heading towards H2 and Fuel cell.. I know Elon will have a heart attack
Yes thanks keep us updated I got tons of money invested
Haha The site hasn’t progressed much!
RIP
Not looking good...
thanks
😮
Unfortunately show so much destruction
This isn't just happening in Georgia, farmland and forest all over the Southeastern US is being destroyed to build supply chain plants. There are billions of square feet of manufacturing space laying idle in this country. Instead of using that existing infrastructure they destroy more farmland and forest. Stupid is as stupid does.
Devastating. 😔
Paved paradise to put up a parking lot 😰🤬
Shortly ago this was beautiful farmland. This is so sad. Totally destroying an area, a small town, a wonderful community without consideration for the people, wildlife and the farmers. What for?? Greed It’s shameful.
Devastating
Is this is the site of the Rivian plant?
