This is what we did:
1. Installed new stone veneer on the front facade of the house.
2. Applied stucco to the sides, back, and chimney, along with creating stucco pillars.
3. Completed the installation of a new interlock driveway and pathways on both sides of the house.
4, Built retaining walls along the driveway and around the garden beds.
5. Replaced metal soffits, fascia, and downspouts, with pot lights added, and directed the downspouts into French drains for better water control.
6. Installed a new garage door.
7. Painted all window trim black with 25-year warranty paint.
8. Added stucco window sills to the rear of the house.
9. Re-caulked the entire exterior of the house.
10, Regraded the front lawn, laid new sod, and installed a new backyard fence.
