The kind-hearted people of North Wales are to be especially commended for their on-going compassion & decency, which is still so clearly shown (witnessed first hand) to so many families 72 years later. Your tenacity to expose the truth now needs positive recognition by Aer Lingus & the Irish Govt. Well done Gavin.

Gavin, you, single handed, have kept alive the memories of those who perished. The men and women who were first hand witnesses some still alive, who did their best to help; the rescue parties and the officials who have enabled you to weave together what happened and for the truth to be told cannot be thanked enough for what they did on and following that fateful night. The Welsh people, in particular those who took it it upon themselves to treat the dead as their own deserve special praise. Their descendents continue with their warmth and kindness. I hope the Irish Govt give you some sort of public recognition for your tenacity and dedication against so many odds in telling the story of this terrible tragedy; after all Air Lingus is their Airline. Thank you.
