I love the backroom curve. Makes me happy!😂
So what kind of paint? What are your tools? I was worried about painting in the great outdoors. Looks amazing! 😂
Good job. Thanks for involving your little one. I have a daughter too. It’s something I’d like to do with her.
Beautiful
I made a dog with this recipe I had the Morton Salt Book and I think it is the same recipe as yours. My daughter was a baby when I made it.....She is almost 50 and I still have it on my shelf in my living room.I don't remember baking it...just air dry. I used a garlic press for the fur on the dog I made. I would post the picture but not sure how. I just sprayed it with varnish and its almost 49 years old....Amazing.
THANKYOU SMM!! I’m defa trying this❤❤❤
do u have to bake it? I live n an rv. Propane oven. I burn everything
The leaves look much nicer than using waxed paper.
How many days in advance can make this so it still looks fresh - without drying out?
This is such an awesome idea! I had an old rectangle cookie tray that isn’t my style so I tried giving it away, and I’m glad no one took it or I didn’t toss it yet because it would be a perfect base. Thank you for the idea and tips.
This just saved me a bunch of money, thank you
I ❤️ the vibrant floral and leafy patterns!
My leaves were sticking out all over the place. I tried it with fresh leaves first then with dried/pressed leaves. How on earth did you get them to lay flat?
My leaves were sticking out too. Video doesn't show that we apply underneath or reapply time😢
Which is better? Pressed or fresh?
I just love it’s it’s gorgeous 💖💖💖💖💖
I never thought abt taking special classes even though I love fresh flowers and I ould"ve gotten classes or workas volunteer only an hour a day. I've always loved them but I have no idea why I never thought more abt working flowers. Not ver happy at all :(
I love wreaths to death especially with fresh/ dried eucliptus. If some one tell me how to dry the euvliptus so it won't break I heard some ppl sue nail polish ďo you use nylon thread to tie the floers to wreath
If you assemble the wreath with fresh eucalyptus it won’t be as apt to break. I use a thin wire to attach it to the frame. :)
This is amazing! I love to make clay items like this as well thank you for sharing an easy clay recipe! 🌸
How long do they lost
approx how much pine is needed for a centerpiece like that? I have no idea how much to get!
DID YOU GET AN ANSWER TO YOUR QUESTION?
It would depend on the size of your boughs; but I would probably use around 15 small ones? I’ve never purchased them before. I just cut them from trees near where we live.
I'm having a hard time seeing how you tied the stems to the twine. Could you elaborate on that a little more? Thanks! So pretty!
I separated the layers of twine to make thinner strips to tie on to the thicker original piece. I used the strips to tie them on with just a standard knot I believe? It was a little while ago. :)
How beautiful!
Thanks for sharing!! Did the leaves leave any wax/residue on the wall after you took it down?
No. :)
Love this... you did a wonderful job on these. Question please... did you make the velveeta box or did you buy it somewhere? I LOVE it!
It’s an original old cheese box. :)
Curious what you think one year later.
I still love it!
Awesome video 👏👏👏👏
Beautiful!
wow really looks nice..the floor make it pop
Would it make a difference if i use acrylic paint?
I haven’t tried it; but I bet it would work. Let me know how they turn out!
@@stephanieengell5344 it works we’ve done it! For best results water it down!
Beautiful!!! How do you not have more subs????
Thank you for sharing your salt dough recipe and baking. I am going to make St. Lucia Scandinavian buns for her special day, which is December 13th. Bringing light to the darkness to usher in Christmas. <3
These old 1950's trailers are licensed as a mobile home, so you can put them in a trailer park, or on land, legally, unlike the tiny houses. If you run out of space, at least you can add onto them once they are set up.
Nice antique mobile home, remodeled these have kept their worth. These were licensed as a mobile home, so it is a one bedroom apartment on wheels, can be set up on land or in a mobile home park legally.
Thanks for your great tutorial! I used it to make a wreath and it looks beautiful!
I want to do this but with fake eucalyptus...any idea where I can get fake branches like this? I can only find the garland
Do you have a Michaels or Hobby Lobby near you? I would try there first. If not I’m sure you could find it online. Good luck!
Love it! Thank you! I'm going to do this right now. :)
So glad I found this wanted to do something with my 3year old tomorrow and this is perfect 🍂🍂
oooh this’ll be helpful for when I recreate Ms. Lovett’s “Worst Pies In London” act! :0
Could you give the recipe for the mom toxic milk paint please
I purchased some online. :)
Would you please advise how long you bake this for ??? Thanks
It can take up to several hours if I remember right. It was so long ago, I don’t remember the exact time. It depends on the thickness of what you made too. You can also air dry them if you don’t want to keep an eye on them in the oven that long. :)
Thank you...
This would be pretty with leaves pasted inside a big glass bowl.
Yes! What a great idea. :)
How yo preserve it?
You could seal it with ModPodge. That would probably help protect the milk paint. The dough itself doesn’t need to be preserved.
@@stephanieengell5344 thanks
This is an awesome vid I subscribed thanks for the tutorial
Where did you buy the fresh eucalyptus?
I had a florist friend give me some she had leftover from a wedding, but you should be able to order it through a florist or you may be able to find it in the floral department of your grocery store. Good luck!
I bought fresh eucalyptus from Amazon the were very fresh gently wrapped in news paper or any paper
Looks so good 😊
This is amazing!! Such an excellent idea!
How long do the leaves last using this method? Do they break?
Alexandra Brouke They last a really long time. You can carefully store them for next year, but they will beak if crushed.
I want to make these! 😍😍 but im wondering, wont this have molds? And can i use modgepodge to seal them?
I didn’t have any issues with mold. They have lasted a really long time. I think mold needs moisture to grow. :) I would think modpodge would work just fine. I have used it for a similar project.
What did you use to tie the eucalyptus stems to the coat hanger?
I used a thin floral wire. :)
@@stephanieengell5344 Thank you!
That’s is soooo cute... love it’s.💛💛💛
Wow, you done awesome on these..I am gonna try n make these....I know it's hard, but you make it look so easy...lol...thanks for sharing..
