How far up the prioritylist does blackoutkick go if i have 2 stacks of it?
It's right after FoF on both ST and AoE, it's hard to say prioritize over all other abilities, but I would use it when you have SotW, WDP and FoF on CD

Hmm, this video is slightly out of date for rotation wise, since there was an update on Tuesday that buffed some talents and we have a slight focus in Blackout kick on our talents now, that being said our rotation priority hasn't changed that much, I would say it's best to follow the rotation priority over on www.peakofserenity.com/tww/windwalker/pve-guide/ that was written by Babylonius. He has a priority list 30% the way down the page that is sectioned for ST and AoE.
