The Chicago Med episode "Mistaken" is about the doctors treating victims after a shooting at a movie theater. It is the fourth episode of the first season of the show.
Literally the majority of my life I was gaslit into thinking I had bulimia because I just could. Not. Keep food down. And when I could, I would be so deeply uncomfortable, I just avoided food. Surprise! Its not bulimia. My stomach doesn't empty. I have gastroparesis and cyclical vomiting syndrome. Doctors said my stomach was the slowest emptying they've ever seen. Now I'm 34, and a lifetime of puking means I nearly died of malnutrition at age 22, and my esophagus is just scar tissue. I'm currently, hopefully, ending a month long cycle of puking. I started puking blood two days ago, so even though I've been able to keep some food and liquid down after 14 days of barely keeping down liquid, I keep puking blood because my esophagus is bleeding into my stomach, filling it and making me puke. Its literally the most miserable thing, by the end of this most current cycle I was so hungry that I was just crying all damn day. And every time I have to go to the hospital after the bleeding doesn't stop, I have to be medically gaslit for hours telling me that I just ate something red, are you sure you're not making yourself puke?, no you haven't been vomiting for 14 days stop being dramatic. Yeah, doctors like the lady in this video shouldn't have a medical license. Doctors almost let me die at age 22 and 80 pounds because they didn't care to look deeper than thinking I had an ED.
What season and episode was this?
Was the idiot prankster arrested for murder? I also blame the people who kept running and stomping on the mother. They have eyes could they not see her? And no one bothered to help her up! I know they were all scared and running in fear, but still.
Not being able to bathe or feed yourself is NOT a vegetative state.

This is why you must be your own healthcare advocate. Most doctors don’t know how to treat beyond cold and cough.
Whats the actors name that plays Doctor Charles please
Show?
Panic without facts 😂
You said massive? Yk what else is massive? THE LOWWWWWW TAPPERRRR FADEEE
Not every lady deserves to carry the title of mother, but she does, obviously when she does get healthy
Man imagine all the termometers and gauges and timers and gear you need. My goodness
It’s great to have that level of self awareness and urgency to seek help. Studies are actually showing that PPD is possibly linked to vitamin deficiencies especially in vitamin d and DHA. That’s why it would be well for midwife, friends, family, or even neighbors to come and assist new moms during recovery (maybe even a few weeks of therapy). The body and brain went through trauma to birth a beautiful baby, but the body also loses a ton of nutrients to support the baby and often times the mom doesn’t know how or when to find time to self care. Not only she we make more safe havens for women to run to for help with their newborns without feeling ashamed or judged but we need to provide more support at least for the first 6-8 weeks. Every job should offer paternity leave so the dads that are around can have more time to spend with the child and help the mom as well. I had a scary experience a few times hearing voices to hurt others (never the baby though) but I prayed and ignored that voice and asked for help. I looked up Chinese confinement for pregnancy and postpartum and I think we should adopt something similar.
“People suck”..truer words have never been spoken
Moms really do have a knack for knowing what kids need. My mom didn't always do everything right, but I always went to her for well, almost everything. She always knew what to do. She was really good at taking care of me in my choldhood and even today
Is she a pneumothorax?
This is. Why you gotta be careful when you prank?Somebody because you could take somebody's life
Rather complain about a few broken ribs than not complain at all Thats what we were told in a first aid course
Cant stand that woman dr
Only individuals can chose DNR's, how the f** can a parent decide that for a child. Either its false, or the US is literal hell
Later context, the prankster needs an organ, and the wife is an organ donor so the husband signs off on it. Before he leaves he asks to see the boy and threatens him. Telling him that dying is too easy for him and that he will live with the reminder that he killed is wife forever and everytime social media forgets about it. He’ll post his crime again and again for the rest of his life so he never forgets what he did.
Massive you saw you know what else is massive the LOW TAPER FADE
Post-partum psychosis is real 😢
Of you don't break a rib ur not doing cpr correct
What show and episode is this!
I am so glad they show someone reaching out
I'm terrified of being the person needing to give someone else CPR. I dont know if i would have it in me to break bone 😓
Is this Chicago meds
why do he has blood😢😢😢
aww poor k lil kid🙁
Ayyy I remember this one! The shooter offs himself in shame, and the husband of the woman killed allows for his wife’s organ to go to the prankster. The husband then made sure the prankster knew he’d never out grow this event, that the husband would follow him on social media, in real life, and never let him forget what he did. The husband swore every school, every girl friend, every friend, every job, anyone and everyone would know what an evil and disgusting waste the prankster is.
and honestly… i think he’s fine as hell OKAY I SAID IT I SAID IT
Sam is one of my favorites in Chicago Med.
They were acting like they care more about the baby than the woman
I had to give up my job, a job I loved, because my chronic condition became stupidly sensitive to like... normal ever day stress, resulting in crippling agony and constant trips to the bathroom. It's only because of insane luck in my circumstances that it hasn't completely ruined my life.
Show?
Bro it’s just a prank don’t be so WOKE
I can't stand doctors who think they can just get over on people. All it takes for that one doctor so say something and stand up.
"You ruined her life" Coming from the woman whom YOU DRUGGED
What is the show called
Parents like these cause alot of harm to their children without even knowing so as a parent go back to school and study 😀💢
She has sense, she recognized she was struggling and sought help, that's a huge step. She's in the right place, she needs support❤
Show?
Chicago Med, Season 1, Episode 4.
I don't want my daughters to fall into this type of predicament. I've talked to them a lot about it amd I hope they would confide in me if anything happens.
As someone who did a lot of that , i always broke 1 rib , better that than no compression, ribs repair, not life
If this happened in real life there’d be an extremely low chance, but I’m glad they don’t cause that would kill a lot of people and just for money. People who only care about money are sick. They don’t care if they hurt someone they only care about money.
Ah yes, question the people who studied extensively for an entire decade, passed an extremely difficult board exam, Cause you think you know better. And if your kid is sick and brought him to the hospital all so that you can just bring him home again thinking you can do better, id atleast expect them asking for a different doctor if they think the kid got misdiagnosed or just straight up change hospitals.
What’s this show called
Humans are creatures that rely on our full spectrum, taste, touch, smell, thought and feeling (emotions). When enough people are gathered and the same emotion is expressed, it can be amplified and cause stuff like this, it’s not fiction at all
