I have a WRRS 1217 bell that sounds just like this. It came off a crossing that was being replaced on the CSX Andrews Subdivison in Goose Creek, SC. I just got done sanding it down and cleaning the rust off.
I saw a video of one that rang every 5 seconds

The slow WCH Type 4 is very common in Massachusetts.
Isn't that a safetran type 3 though? Edit: Nevermind, I figured out the low tone Safetran Type 3 actually sounds slightly higher pitched than the type 2
The 3 gate lights are actually made by NEG, but Trucklite actually makes the lenses.
Those incandescent gate lights on both signals need to be replaced with either NEG clear LEDs or ET LEDs.

Whats the average price for a crossing bell?
it varys, a mechanical bell on ebay can cost upwards of $350 and e bells can be anywhere between $250-$450.
