Only hold a stretch for 7-8 seconds. After that your body fights back and becomes more stressed.

95 percent of humans can swing a golf club these guys think you have to contort your self into a pretzel the golf swing is as easy as cutting the grass

I am a very fit 69 yo guy. This is for sure a large part of my problem.
@tomscott9588 It’s not your issue buddy the golf swing is so easy it was designed to be easy as cutting grass hell Scotty has the ugliest swing on your it doesn’t take much effort to hit golf balls it’s all about learning to let the club do all the work
@@JoshPyles-v8l Scottie is literally saying the body is the problem 😂 Most pros are in the gym more than you can imagine because they know how important it is..

@GolfPhysioAustralia-wm5di that long hitters have big quads..some do..some don't...the quads are jumping muscles...good technique actually would minimize use of the quads
