In 2025 I’m hoping I can get more quilting done, I love to do it but cross stitch has taken over and I haven’t quilted much in the last couple years. We have been watching Ambulance on Prime, it’s based in the UK but has been an interesting show.

Sounds like you have a good plan for 2025. I am looking forward to painting my craft room & putting in a new floor this year. Of course, that means I have to pack everything up & before you pack things up you have to purge. 😅 one of my favorite shows is Virgin River. I am on season 3 right now. I believe there are 6 seasons so far.

To get on the treadmill a few times 😬and to consistently drink more water. I don’t really make resolutions but these😅 ar😅 a few changes I want to incorporate. I also am going to try and read a book a month.

Megan, I love your word focus. I haven’t picked a word yet. But I am working on getting rid of or purging item from our house this year. We were empty nesters, and we took over the kids room. Well, one moved back. So we are helping him get healthy again. So I am looking forward to both. We just finished watching Yellowstone and still watching college football. I like your plans for stitching. I need to figure out something.

Hey Megan! Happy New Year! I'm glad to see you again and enjoyed seeing all of your goodies. This year I want to be focused. Focused on increasing strength and stamina, focused on increasing my prayer life, focused on anticipating needs of others, and focused on trying something new with my stitching. I love the cardinal in the BB book. Your's was beautiful!

I am a monogamous stitcher so I have no WIPS except for one that I started 20 years ago. It's a huge Christmas piece and it also has beading. In 2025 I hope to finish it. I have about 3 hours work left on it. For Christmas I asked for Michael's gc so I can get it framed. That's what I have in store for the first part of 2025. The Day of the Jackal on Peacock is a binge watcher. So good. Enjoyed seeing you again. I just love that quilt that is behind you. The colors are beautiful. Happy New Year.

So glad to see your Flosstube!! Love the idea of using a pinking blade on the edges of your cloth. I tried to use one of those blades with fabric and it was a HUGE MESS!! I need to see if I still have it, if not I'll wait for it to go on sale at Joanns. Love Lori Holt & all her quilts!! I also like to order quilt kits, I'm not good at substituting fabrics because I'm usually in love with the exact quilt & that's what I want!! My plans for 2025 was to stitch all of the SWTH Calendar Crates & Month 2 Month, as well as finish 15 quilt tops. Then I fell & broke my shoulder Christmas morning...still hoping to get them all done, but not going to be upset if I don't!!

I love your New Years Shirt, Megan!! I always enjoy seeing what you are working on. I am working on two things rather monogamously. One is Jane Hopkins by Hands Across the Sea and the other is Spring by Prairie Schooler. I really want to complete Jane Hopkins this year. My word of the year is Discipline....I need it in many areas.
