Complaining is good. It generates change and discussion. Complaining about yourself and your situation (if not done excessively) maintains a stable mental state. By just enduring stuff in solitude, you are damaging yourself and the people around you. You are depriving your loved ones of connecting with you. This behavior communicates that you don't trust them; that's a misunderstanding. I hope I understood your point correctly. All of this is not counting when you are really the victim, for example abusive relationships. Complaining out loud makes it easier to assess if that's really the case.
Hey appreciate the comment. We may have different definitions of the word “complaining”. My definition is “exacerbated wining about something you have no control over” whereas I believe yours is processing one’s emotions verbally and authentically - which I agree is healthy.
Wonder if this is why god talks about our heart and how it effects us so directly
Yes in a Christian lens proverbs does state: “Guard your heart above all else, for it is the source of life”.

My brothers have faild me when i needed a father after my father's death my brothers have faild me when i needed to learn how to drive or even swim my brothers faild me when i needed a man strenghen my arm with his in the hard times so thank god mate you have a brother I didn't to this days at least i have my mother & her prays
I'm really sorry to hear that, mate. It sounds like you've had a tough time with your brothers not stepping up. Family is complicated sometimes, and it's unfortunate that you didn't get the support you needed. But remember, being a man isn't just about having someone show you the ropes, it's about perseverance, resilience, and growth, which you clearly have. And it sounds like your mum has been a great help
