Doesn't the matte top coat flatten the whole design? Another artist put glossy top coat on it and the whole design lost its 3d effect. I was wondering if it happens with the matte top coat that you put at the end of it.

If you cut, file and shape your nails while still wearing the old polish (even if it’s a little chipped) it’s way easier to see the shape you’re creating. Remove the polish and put on new. Voila!
