I AGREE. I don’t know how Penelope does it, but she writes characters that I’m still missing till this day. Their family dynamic was just so beautiful it truly stayed with me. And she also just writes such compelling and thrilling stories that keep me guessing.

Wow, loved this video! I highly recommend Psycho by Nikki J Summers. It's the first book in her series and it's a stalker romance at it's best! The whole series is phenomenal! 😍 Please, pick it up if you haven't already 😊😊

You need to read the unsainted series by kv rose. That series is insane and so good but very dark and heavy. Def my fav dark romance books of the year.

I really recommend the Dark Love series by Kat T. Masen! Specifically books 1& 2. Chasing Love and Chasing Us. The synopsis may seem like it's going to be a love triangle, but it's clear that it's not from the moment you start reading it. They're not DARK dark, but they're toxic, emotional and fun! I'm still surprised that I haven't heard anyone talk about them. <3

You are so right about books being expensive! I love reading and I can't afford a Kindle either.. I do read ebooks on my phone sometimes but it's just not the same as having a physical copy😅 I haven't even read all the booktok recs but I know there are some overhyped ones but I'm sure there are some gems in the mix..

I'm an avid reader but lately I'm on a bit of a shifting mood (meaning what genres, authors, book creators etc I like). I have spent a lot of time searching for new creators to follow for inspiration and information about books and I'm glad I found your channel. Turning a bit into a stalker of how much I'm binging your videos lol, sorry. I'm yet to read My Dark Romeo and it totally was not on my tbr for near future, but your praises makes me rethink my tbr. PS. Your dogs stole my heart!! I'm dog person through and trough and their appearance made me smile.

I did DNF Fantasma. Maybe i will pick it up again somewhere in the future. I also did not connect with the characters! I DID have problems with the writing. I found it hard to follow and jumping from one scene or place to another and thinking ‘how the hell did we just get from there to here?’

I bought a cart last week and had someone else build it for me because I knew I couldn't lol. And used mine the same way you're using yours because I want to get through my books faster ❤ I also have Iron Flame but I have to read Fourth Wing so I have both on my cart just waiting for Onyx Storm to come out and I will be binge reading them.

That top is so cute on you! 💚💚 I read both Fourth Wing and Iron Flame via audiobook and the reread was even BETTER! I caught so many clues and things I didn't notice the first time I read them lol! Oh btw- I highly recommend listening to the dramatized adaptation of the audiobooks for both. The narrators/cast for each character were fantastic and the sounds in the background were AMAZING!!!! It was like a movie was literally playing in my head and I LOVED IT!! I plan on listening to it again before Onyx Storm is out! So excited!!! I have so many thoughts/theories 😆💗💗
