what gieger counter do you use?
Maybe use a flashlight that doesn't have a green lens.
A different world
These are all great. I’d have to get the one with the donkey on it 🩷🩷🩷

Got them all 😀
I’d be a bit afraid to visit this museum without a Geiger counter.
I cant find any of this stuff anywhere
the bowl is amazing. elegant and unique.
Arkfeld Pro , that is my EDC too.
That's one CHONKY ring, haha
I have about half of the pieces that lit up including 2 candlesticks, the juicer candy dish etc. I would LOVE the pitcher and glasses!
Is it really irradiated?
Yes it is. They went crazy back then putting it in everything! Uranium, plutonium, and radium! They also toured the country giving out X-rays to ppl for stuff like acne! Look up radithor. They gave it to ppl for like aches and pains! A rich man's jaw fell off!
I love how random but catchy older songs can be
Cancer 😍😍😍
Wrong. Florescent glass is perfectly safe to use.
@@danielulz1640 what are you on? Uranium literally causes cancer…
nope. it's not dangerous levels of radiation at all. your phone emits more background radiation than that.
Not to drink out of
Perfectly safe to drink out of or eat off of. Anyone who says otherwise is mistaken or misinformed. @@A_GNOME_GUY

Forbidden snacks
Hi I've just started collecting uranium glass i have 10 very nice peices all from disposal shops for only a few dollars
i think i would get a more sensitive geiger counter for that room......just sayn'...................
This video just popped up on my feed and I think that place is right near me. I never even knew this place existed!!!
TIP: Rony Plesl - uran glass, Lukas Houdek - cube whisky glass uran ;-)
Very beautiful. Thanks for taking the time to display these.
Love seeing the pieces you find
You’re the reason I started collecting uranium glass.
I hope you’re enjoying the hobby! 🥹💚
The doorknobs 😍
Amazing!
Thank you so much! 💚
My wife just blew my mind, she bought the soccer boy ceramic from you as a surprise. He looks absolutely amazing in my collection. Thank you so much!
Can you please tell me the name of the pattern on the vase under the spider? I have the creamer and sugar set. Seller didnt know the name of the pattern.
You need to come to the antique markets in England, you would pay less than half those prices that those sellers there want - too ridiculous, so expensive for no reason. 🇬🇧
czyli to szklo zawiera selen?
czy bada pani szklo dozymetrem? czy zielony kolor uzyskany po oswietleniu swiatlem uv to zawsze zasluga rudy uranu? a może tez innych pierwiastków? jesli innych to jakich?
I found one like that out of a huge rock I’m 11 do you go to herkimer newyotk
I feel like I just watch this to find more cool uranium like that hazard symbol piece for Instance. Now I have to go hunt for that. Maybe that will fill the void in my soul 😂😂😂 jkjk ❤❤❤ your content keep em’ coming
Your room is stunning. Love Uglass. Unfortunately The GQ Geiger Counters are not very sensitive. A scintillator would be interesting to see though. Best Geiger Counters for Uglass are pancake types I think because they see alpha particles.
If you think the clear glows you should see the blue one
That bowl is mass-produced and is often mislabeled and misidentified.
Every glass maker make glass their own way they all have their own content. Manganese was used to clarify the glass it is not radioactive. Not all uranium glows the same or even measures the same on a geiger counter. You can find uranium on ceramic not just glass and yes you can find it in clear glass. I have had two martini cups, I own one now. But you should look into heisey glass. The father two sons glass company that almost took down United States glass company which is a combination of companies combined as a union for USA.
That piece is made by imperial Glass you can find information on eapg this piece was made past eapg of 1916. There are beacon star bowl.
You are wrong on your information.
That juicer Reamer looks like a rare emerald HC Fryer jello mold/Reamer . I couldn’t see the price but I’ve seen book value on them for a few hundred dollars. Love that juicer.
I wonder what how much radiation ☢️ a (the little ticky sounding machine )I forgot it’s name -would pick up if you put it in the uranium room???
I love uranium glass it’s so pretty
What type of bulbs are you using for your ceiling fan?
You should really try getting a geiger counter that detects alpha particles, uranium emits a lot of alpha particles.
Not much, since it is hard to escape glass. Only thin outer layer contributes to alpha from the surface. Most of the uranium glass samples are mostly beta-emitters. Depends on how clean uranium is used. Like was mentioned, vaseline glass contains noticeable amount of radium and its decay products.
