Is there a difference in strategy between R&C and reg tables?
Yes I think so I think you can be more aggressive on R&C tables cause people give up spots more easily. Reg tables are more about table selection and focusing the weaker players imo

I am a 200NL-500NL live player trying to improve my online game and dont really know the best way to study. (20+bb/hour live [1K hours] but struggling to maintain more than 3-4bb/100 on 25NL [300K hands]😢). My goal is to be a 5+bb/100 winner on 50NL/100NL online. Thanks for any tips!
Hey bro thanks for the kind words Making a study video could be cool but my editing skills are so bad I dont really know how I could make it cause I still want it to look good. I'll think about it :) But to improve I think: -free preflop ranges on Gtowizard -learn basic postflop heuristics with gtowizard subscription -study pop tendencies with hand2note -use software to nodelock and find exploits according to how people play

Hey bro thanks :) Because of antes, you have to get into more pots and pots are way bigger aswell Yeah I was winning even post rakeback but I dont have a big enough sample to know if Im winning or not post rake and pre rakeback. Hopefully ill have my usual rakeback next month and Ill put more volume on this format :)
