First off, thank you for visiting my channel, "Why Not Cook". This channel will feature me cooking a variety of foods, some very traditional, some southern cuisine and some Caribbean dishes. @sjerome, I did an hour and 40 minutes note the time can actually vary depending on the size of your wings and the temperature of your oven. Please remember to cover them while baking for first hour and 15 minutes. Happy Cooking😊

This is pure heart attack, so much salt
Salt doesn’t actually cause high blood pressure, it causes potassium deficiency which eaises blood pressure, the sugar in the noodles will raise your bp more that the salt.

YOU SAID YOU HAD 2 CUPS RICE HERE AND ADDED 2 CUPS LIQUID...RICE IS USUALLY COOKED ON A 2:1 RATIO, THE LIQUID IS ALWAYS DOUBLE THE AMOUNT OF RICE, SO WHY DID YOU ONLY ADD 2 CUPS OF LIQUID INSTEAD OF 4 , IF YOU HAD 2 CUPS OF RICE ?
I've heard that but it is just not the case with parboiled rice.
