Hii! My home uni is UPSI. They offer exchange program every now and then. I had to go through a competitive application process (tests & interviews) before finally being selected. Feel free to send me a dm @itsalyanrf if you have other questions!
Can Malaysian survive in the cold weather there?
Sure! With good clothes layering, the weather is totally fine 😄

I’d suggest you to go to a more northern part of Lapland like Saariselkä, instead of staying in Rovaniemi.
