Im 38 i grew up out there really cool spot. Way before it was the park we called it fat mans land tge owner was a pretty cool dude. There was only a little rv he lived in and the main entrance was in highlands right by what's now freedom mx park which use to be highlands Kawasaki moto park. The lot to park was only big enougu for about 30 trucks to park. It was $3 to ride hed tag your bike at his trailer when you got there but if he wasn't there hed just be riding around the his land see you and tag you then. You really only seen locals there maybe 40 or 50 bikes on the weekend. They also had a couple more entrances that we would take off through one by hwy 90 by the river going towards Sheldon road the one in highnds and an entrance where it's at now but it wasnt publicized yet. Shoot the trails were even big enough for trucks then 😆 land was the same size. But . Youd see alot of motocrossers back there cause after they practice at the track they ride from there to hit the trails which was back past the track. Alot of good memories!!! And the bikes were definitely different then lol yamaha Timberwolves 250s and polaris 250 the bike have definitely changed!!!! Way more expensive too haha!

Who else noticed one of the holes still had the laser cut center plug still in it and it got painted over?
