Just a little advice: you don't switch stance often enough, you need to do it more. Staying on high stance all the time will create a bad habit. Stance switching is crucial to Nioh's gameplay, not only can you make use of Flux to regain even more ki, changing stance let you use each stance's advantage in different situation. If you want to reposition yourself, switch to low stance, hold block, and tap dash. You'll dash in extremely quick succession, and holding block also allow you to negate damage if you accidentally got hit during repositioning.

A bit of suggestions. It seems that ki pulse is not very effective carried out. Ki pulse is extremely important in both Nioh 1 and 2. Make sure you press R1 when the shining dots near you are the most.
Yeah sometimes I be forgetting to press it in the heat of battle. Definitely gotta get used to it lol

I disagree sekiro much harder than. Either noir 1 or 2 I have finished both plus all dlcs over 1000+ hours between them I honestly can't say it's easier for many reasons for example the broken creatures you get can really op your build omnyoji and ninjitsu shred game like it was easy mode

Lol honestly go full ninjitsu or omnyoji and most op weapon styles in number 1 was for me kusirigama because it uses the same stat as ninjitsu with some badass moves aswell 😊

For me I agree. Not sure if you experience delay or lack of input. I would hit dodge and my guy wouldn’t dodge, dash or run as if the control wasn’t registered, sometimes it didn’t matter as the attack missed and others with me getting mollywopped. I died in Nioh more then any other Fromsoft game, by a long shot (by about 30% total number of deaths) and Sekiro was my first souls like which should make it my hardest. The Souls games just felt easy until I ran across this game.
Yup, after really learning the souls games they became easy. Now with this game it’s definitely much more too it and a lot more unforgiving. You make one mistake and it’s over😭
@@SadlyGaWd facts…levels doesn’t play as big of a role as gear does, but gear effects make or break the game…can’t level a weapon up over the level of your current mission. Beat the game at 92 with gear that was 130 when the recommended was 145…

It does. The graphics are good but you could tell the game was rushed. Nioh 2 is smoother, more refined and perfected.

@@dragonballmaster8789many consider it harder then Sekiro. I had a far harder time with this game than any Fromsoft game lol. I personally place it as harder than Sekiro, though for the wrong reasons. Input delay is rough. Dodging felt impossible even in low stance with dual swords. Some attacks you can’t dodge through unless you have absolutely perfect timing because an attack will be 9 frames and you get 10 iFrames and sometimes it is perfect. But even still the second my guy would start the animation of dashing/dodging I would be hit out of it. I just finished the game yesterday and still haven’t perfected the dodge with only a successful 60-70% dodge. But input lag made it hard AF for me so I didn’t try but in Sekiro I would get frame spikes because my internet would cut in and out and cause me to die but for me Sekiro was easier, without the input lag and me trying it might be slightly easier then Sekiro.

Dodge into and through the projectile... Watch the timings and attack patterns, you dont to keep that much distance when she does some sequences. Stance also changes the amount and length of animation.
If you throw a kunia while shes in mid air she will drop.

On isshins second phase his all arena fire move can be avoided by going into the corner
When you go to hit isshin and he dkes his side dodge thing and counters you can dodge to around where 8 would be on a clock and he will miss meaning yku will never be hit by his counter

@@SadlyGaWd Why are you getting the serpent viscera if you're getting the ending where you need to kill Owl? For the ending involving the second Owl, you only need to kill him and beat the game (and pick the option involving the item he drops). The two serpent viscera are for an entirely different ending. Especially since it seems you're playing on PS, where you can't save at a certain point and reload to get a new ending.
You played any other fromsoft games?
Sekiro was technically my first fromsoft game but then I stopped playing it really early into game years ago when it came out. Then I played Elden ring and beat that 4 times. So now I’m back on sekiro trying to finish what I started lol

Just a tip my friend. The big guy with the bell, you can use the loaded spear to rip of his armor. You just double tap the spear and itll strip his armor, then he is a lot easier to deal with. Great video btw

Nice game play dude for a noob you did well here but you have long way till the end and a lot to explore so make sure to read everything carefully (especially the combat things) from the prosthetic tools to skill trees, items, etc and you should use thrust attacks it's really useful (not always of course but you get the idea) however I hope you enjoy the rest of the game
