BTW just in case anyone didn't know avenged sevenfold started out as a Christian band

First saw this band at the Zumiez couch tour in 09. I was 13 then. After that I really got into this band for a good few years and then kinda shifted in personality and musical taste. I'm almost 20 now and enjoy hardcore punk mainly, but for some reason I decided to look this band up again and I'm honestly glad I did. Emery is still pretty great. It was songs like this and their powerful and moving lyrics that really made them as a band. This is all in a response to whoever was being a dick and said "no gods, no masters." I'm an atheist and always kinda have been after I lost faith after dealing with traumatic experiences so I myself do not believe in gods or masters, but that's just me. There is no need to be an asshole to others for what they believe in. Let others do them and you focus on you. But anyways, I'm sure happy to hear this again. Thanks for the post! Cheers
