What is this generative AI garbage? Aside from disgusting, of course.

I have been using Atera for 4 years now. They were the ONLY company that would seek to a company, not just MSPs. And their pricing, well you only pay for the technician, not the devices. I love Atera.

Remove the AI garbage please. Or move it. It's being forced on us and it's not a good look. You should care about your users and not your donors.

You guys need to remove the AI icon that for some coincidence can't be moved or removed but every other item in the column can be. It's insulting and frustrating that you think that if you shove co-pilot down our throats and don't let us turn it off will actually use it. I hope Microsoft pays you guys a lot of money for this because you might lose msps like me for showing how little you care about us

In Network Protection, i see your install is also defaulted to having https scanning off? Why is this not on by default since 98% of web traffic is https right? Im demoing this product and can find that scanning for endpoints turns up no results which is a shame. How to get that working would be great.

I am sorry, but your billing needs very much improvement. It is not possible to add information so the customer knows at which bank account he should pay. Same with needeed legal information we need to print in the EU and germany. There is no field to add such details. The topic in ideas and features for "Improved Billing" has 272 votes till 2021. PLEASE finally implement it, because otherwise you have a really unbelievably great product that I would like to recommend here too.
