Another way would be to drop refined eitr at the top of the arena, then camp at the entrance. If she cannot reach you, she will retreat to the top and sit there, slowly taking damage from the refined eitr

Found raging tempest better than my usual crimson beam. You can also use a bit of the stairs to protect yourself at times a bit without going down far enough to reset the fight. I also worked on added a few of the stygian shard passives to boost my character's abilities for the fight since it looked hard.

You forgot one--build up walls around the altar (around the tall pillars) before summoning him. He can't climb over the walls so you just need to stand far enough away (outside the walls) so he can't nail you with a meteor storm and fire frost arrows. Killed him that way several times.

As someone who plays this game primarily to build things, thank you for providing a cheese option.

My favourite method of getting him is to hop on top of a nearby sunken crypt entrance, knock back some poison resistance mead, and mash him repeatedly with the iron mace. Fast and fairly painless.

Also, once you are at the location trade out the forest cloak for your normal stat boost cloak for the fight. That way you have a few extra hp, etc. You can reequip the forest cloak once you are done with the boss.

I had a massive stroke of luck with this guy, both good and bad. Prior to actually fighting him, I took out the mobs that were with him and ran away to wipe his aggro on me so I could take him on one-on-one. I had done a lot of damage to him to the point another 2 or 3 hits would have killed him, but then a patrol with a Lightbringer came along and launched an attack that killed both Cassius and myself. On the good luck side of this, the fight actually happened right next to a waygate and after I respawned, the patrol had moved on but Cassius was still there, ready for me to harvest.

Method #6: According to my friend who played solo. What he did was drop 100 refined eitr into the boss room and baited the queen around it.

They buffed him again. Now he does not stay away from you as long. In this you had long pauses where he wasn't attacking you, but they changed it so now he has a small cooldown on his dash so he will always dash to you. Also Ice barrier is now an alt not a normal attack

I accidentally got bullet storm when upgrading my production to the T3 bullets. I guess 'consuming' the T1 or T2 bullets in T3 production also counts.

This helped me, thank you. I didn't realize that bonemass was like an abomination, just get above him and hammer away with the iron sledge. After that it was just a matter of taking the iron sledge and making a stagbreaker for when the iron sledge gave up.

The difficulty spike between all other bosses and this one is crazy. Welcome to the end game I guess.

it feels like i run out of stamina every three seconds. rested buff + two stamina food + stamina mead and it still runs out so fucking quickly i hate this stamina system. Plus she spawns two bugs every single 10 seconds so i cant even hit her without two constantly annoying me.
