Eating Well Made Simple with Lise Walt
เข้าร่วมเมื่อ 29 ส.ค. 2021
Cooking your own food at home doesn't have to be complicated. I'll show you how to eat well, made simple. I was diagnosed with Celiac disease later in life so I had to learn how to make the delicious foods I wanted to eat at home instead of risking getting "gluten" at the restaurant. It also has to be simple or I just won't do it. I am not a trained chef, I am learning as I go. Some recipes turn out amazing while others are just ok. Ill share them all on this Chanel.
Gluten freePumpkin spice muffins from a box SD 480p
I tries g a new box of gluten free Pumpkin muffins or loaf that I found at Walmart the other day. It was really easy to make and so good. I will be making this again.
If you are baking for someone that is celiac,, be sure to clean everything before you start baking. Also, a mix like this might eliminate some of the cross contamination that comes with some of the ingredients that you will be using.

I first made this recipe for our Thanksgiving dinner because the gluten free bread that I planned to place at the table was no longer fresh enough to serve that way. A last minute decision was made and this recipe was born. Since then, I have made it a few times and it's been a hit with my family. Simple ingredients that you probably have at home. My Non gluten free family members (from my exte...

I made an economical gluten free veggie burger that is absolutely delicious. It's also easy to make without too many ingredients or creating too many dishes. I will certainly add this to my regular rotation of recipes. The recipe is at the end of the video.

This is the recipe that got me hooked on Epicure spices. It’s also a favourite to make when my nephew comes to visit because it’s an easy Gluten free snack. I used the Power Chef, the new version is called super sonic chopper The vent and serve. This makes our way to heat up quickly.
Molasses Cookies for my Momma

I used a recipe from my childhood. A recipe that I had in a cookbook from my elementary school. This was before I was diagnosed with Celiac, so I used regular flour to make these. I will be trying this recipe with the 1 to 1 gluten free flour soon. Stay tuned for that.
Cake in less than 10 minutes

I never thought it would be possible, but it is. Making a cake in less than 10 minutes in the stack cooker. It’s actually pretty good too. I have a friend who made it using a can of pop instead of the ingredients listed on the box. I’ll have to try that next time. I have to say, the stack cooker is extremely versatile and in the summer heat, allows you to make a cake without heating up the hous...
Shaving Ice, aka making slushies
มุมมอง 43 ปีที่แล้ว
Over the years, I have bought many items to make shaved ice. Some were too bulky, others were time consuming some didn’t even work. When I saw this attachment, I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was. What I love also, it’s just an attachment to a system that I already have and love. Live in 🇨🇦 Canada? Want one?
