pad a gap with a protected skill or to rotate a protected skill with a microgap at the end to a protected skill essentially extending the window of opportunity , thats how the game works with a short sa vs a skill with pet summons that still can hit accel sas especially shadowslash. In the first interaction his blades will speed up my shadowslash forcing me to pad a gap. Other examples of microgaps ppl would pad after are weaving malices, crouching wolf moving release gap to sa, leap tbs, zerk split shot, etc etc. bdo’s server tickrate itself makes it hard to even play bdo as a fighting game, when 2 great players are playing at peak its not so much fighting the matchup, the resources, and the mind… ur mostly fighting the game by abusing things like hit accel or hit collision in certain interactions lets say i have no blockjump or any non collision s left and i want to grab tendrils and only have forward ghost step as a option the game will fk me by using forward ghost step having collision and stop my movement or shortening it vs tendrils also then leaving me to pad that ghost step with a protected ability

@@ItsMerkules i do it often if u watch stream or in ba ill just know when im safe or the "A side" in a situation ill just close the distance/play mindgames walking up while they are down on resource its like why should i burn anything to match them when i can out resource them perma but some mfs might think its bm type sht lmfaoooooo

I appreciate it and hope to make more in the future like this vs really good duelist/players maybe also aos plays too , i was never really a guide type of guy its too linear in teaching someone to play a certain way and 99% guides dont explain real concepts to translate so i rather just demonstrate

@IllusionBDO real talk I like that. I have been watching Bun Sal or w.e the KR's ninja content is because his "guides" are more teaching concepts about playstyle and I think learning fundamentals that you can use fluidly depending on the situation is way better than a linear guide.

@@ItsMerkules yea thats the main reason i just dont like making guides. ik for a fact if i made a guide it would show alot of tech ninjas see me use but i dont want that truthfully because they will only become a gimmicky player and not a great player. i want ppl to build their own creativity thru concepts that my friends and i have been using for years playing this boo boo ass game. i rather just demonstrate all playstyles which i have in past videos from passive to aggressive to passively aggressive to play for fun to play to win. my concepts are mostly from what i know from boxing at a early age etc etc and just translate it into w.e im passionate. if these concepts or demonstrations of styles helps make a future goat fk it thats all that matters.

alot of ninjas will have their opinions cuz stam is a "issue" now but its not that bad, succ feels good with the down att buff on bsb and ghost slash increasing tempo in alot of situations because cd reduction and skill chaining. awaken is pretty much insanely protected with the new skill. the stam cost and halt imo was needed for that spec. the negatives are pretty much the new skill cant be casted from transition stance -> mi but can be done with normal mi->murderous sever. serpent is completely useless and the comboing on awaken needs to be tuned to flow together better or become a bit stronger. all in all the buffs are good

@@illusionbdo u can use transition stance mi into new mi flow if you are not using mi core. It seems like a bug rn.

i fought them all, only yelo and xav give me trouble and some eu ninjas that came over to NA. ultimately styles makes fights and i never had trouble with his imo. also him and all the ninjas who love yappin around him know where to find me i aint hiding .. they left ba ... i havent .. wonder why.. xd
