DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!! took months to get correct plans from them, Cristian Frausto who handled my account is clueless, wasted so much time and money waiting on them. I've never experienced such horrible customer service, long unexplained delays, installers "no call no showed" on install date when I called they told me they had to change the oil on their truck. They left muddy footprints all over the galvanized framing after install, installers generator left gasoline stains on my brand new concrete slab. I had to stop installers from putting roll up doors in wrong place, leaving holes drilled in my slab where they shouldn't be. Building leaked from roof screws, seams where wall panels connected, roll up doors & 2 spots where flashing was sloppily installed. They NEVER CALLED after I informed them about leaks, NEVER made an apt to repair the building. Cristian Frausto Called once to threaten to "pick up" the building if balance wasn't paid. Read the views they are very shady business Carolina Car Ports are a joke stealing customers money no refund policy once you don’t deliver and Viking Steel AKA Viking Steal you guys are sad I am so disappointed ☹️

Don’t buy anything from them they ripped me off and never sent a shed not only that won’t refund me with this shady contract so you don’t get your shed all you get is them pitching you to another department and leaving you with no shed and no refund warning don’t give them a dime find another company

Seems like a great deal especially considering the cost of lumber right now. Sales team was great however I ordered my garage in January 2021 and my slab was finished the last day in March. Was originally told it would be 8 weeks around the last week in May for Delivery. (wrong) So I'm on week 13 still waiting for my garage. Told they dont work the week of july 4th so it will be at least 15 weeks to have the garage delivered. Meanwhile I'm paying for a storage unit cause I thought my garage would be up a month ago. I'll comment when its up and I can actually evaluate it. Okay so after waiting 26 weeks and multiple calls to Carolina car ports and the BBB plus the attorney general for NC and being flat out lied to by CCP telling me my garage was on its way but the truck was in an accident and all my materials were destroyed. On week 26 they finally delivered the garage. The crew was a great bunch of guys that worked hard and completed it in a day and a half. No association with CCP or Viking other than being a sub contractor. So I am happy with the final product and the install was done well but OMG getting here was a nightmare. I told them there price was amazing and had I known it was going to be 6 months to take delivery I may still have ordered through them. But don’t tell your customers 6-8 weeks and take 6 months. So shouldn’t have to make so many calls and threats to involve an attorney but I’m glad I did as I finally have my garage. So summary. If your not in a hurry and you can risk maybe never getting what you order buy from these guys. Otherwise you get what you pay for and that’s all they really have going for them is an attractive price.
