Wow, okay, so by naturalizing yourself as a US citizen, you swap yourself from benificiary to trustee and there for have to play by new rules and the new benificiary aka the state gets authority of all your shit. Damn
You didn’t say anything!!!
Rutherford Points
Can the settlor and the trustee be the same person or the settlor and beneficiary? Or do you always have to have 3 sepret parties? My research on this hasn't been to clear
Your videos are SO HELPFUL for my ADHD brain to focus on learning company law (which let's be honest can be kinda dull). I posted the link to my PGDL group chat and I hope they love and share your videos too, I think they deserve it.

Binance's CEO opens up about future developments in an exclusive interview
It's a nice video but the "do you want food for your money" is an invitation to offer. The offer is made when the buyer gives the money.
It depends upon how facts are presented, it's an unconditional offer. It's specific as to your money. It's not to the world but to the person in front. If it was a shop and he was selling food. It would be an invitation to come and make an offer. In this scenario, an offer would be made when he offers to pay x money for food.
Thank you so much. I wish I've watched it earlier when I started as a court interpreter years ago.
Lesson learnt, don’t sell snakes

This why you can never be denied a credit card
@jacktripper8726 Hey! Why is that? I'm interested in knowing more.
@laduena.official When you sign an application for a loan they securitize it and sell it on the market for money. They make money off of your signature.
Me, too! Please elaborate
Because your application(name and social) with a tender (instructions) is the amount you applied for Federal Reserve section 16 part 1.
This my friend, is the most simplest and comprehensive Trust explanation I’ve ever came across! 👍🏾
is there any difference between intentional vs unintentional? for example, some dude jumping out of vehicle without putting his car in park because he's road raging at the guy behind him, and his vehicle idles into someone's house or car. (believe or not, i've seen clips of people doing this and their car rolling away) is there any difference in tort laws when it comes to intention? the man didn't intend to cause damage to vehicle in front of him or the home his vehicle idle into but are they treated the same as if it were intentional? or does that make it vandalism when intent is proved? another example is someone not paying attention to their driving and runs over someone's mailbox. does his unintentional action that caused damaged to someone's property change whether this is tort or vandalism?
The first example would still be pursuable under tort, as it is negligence. A reasonable driver is expected to put the car on park whenever they exit it. They also have a duty to be a sensible and courteous driver. So in this example the driver is subject tort law. The second example is much like the first. I wouldn't take what I said as 100percent, but a good guideline if anything
@@ceazy633 thanks 👍
