For this project I was inspired by Spanish revival style, which blends smoothly with the organic details I incorporate. Throughout the house, I have white oak, red oak, pine, poplar and white vintage wood. This became an adventure for me to not be stuck with one pattern or texture but be able to create a clean overall look via harmonic design''

In the living room I would have made a matching built in to the right of the fireplace instead of that big hole down below. It looks off balance and weird with all that black tile above. A waste of space that could have been shelving. My eye immediately went there and didn’t like it. Those don’t look like children’s bedrooms, more like a guest room. Very boring.

I’m not necessarily getting timeless design here - although mentioned several times, the home feels full of prevailing design trends you might find in a lot of luxury new construction - but it’s gorgeously done nonetheless!
