Just a little chat about finding contentment when your visions in life doesn’t pan out the way everyone else seems to be on social media. and how to make the most of where you’re at. It’s all about your outlook. My personal journey is hoping I could live the homesteading life and coming to terms with the fact that that I moved to a place that just doesn’t make gardening easy.

Thanks for sharing this. I think you have a beautifully shaped body. I would never think that you were having any medical challenges at all just by looking at you but I am confident that you will overcome them with reverting to raw veganism. Wishing you all the best.

Came acros you channel recently, really enjoy your content, I'm wanting to go raw as in isn't so many health issues, acid reflux, sinus isdues, tmjd, ibs, fibromyalgia, M.E to name a few .. my digestion is so bad, i look 7 months pregnant constantly, my stomach hurts and goes hard after eating certain things need to lose weight to so really enjoying your videos and seeing what you eat in a day. I need to heal!
Hi! I’m so sorry you are dealing with all of those issues and hope raw food or whatever other path you take will give you some resolve. That sounds crippling! 🩵 I was dealing with some of those things as well and so far going back to raw has truly helped!

how long were you raw vegan for previously? and what did you go back to eating after? love the video, you look so healthy!!
Thank you! I was raw vegan for maybe 7-9 months and I was just vegan for a while too. In total about a year and a half. The exact timeline is a little blurry because it was about 10 years ago. I went back to more of a paleo-ish diet after that.
You don’t need a nut bag when you make almond milk in the vitamix or the Nama juicer. I strain mine twice and it’s fine. 😊
