Hey daz, were you able to enjoy any of the process? It is one heck of a ball~acher isn't it. Getting somewhere though, further than you were is probably the most satisfying part eh? I probably have it all to do too but at this time of year I would rather make a den inside the van and hibernate a bit longer! I get told off for cleaning the metal up too much (apparently.) Cracking job you done on that there mate, proper thought out fabrication in an area i need to tackle also,so this was a first class heads up on what i will be facing . I’ve got a load of welding to do on my 96 plate T4 over the winter on the driveway😢fingers crossed for decent Scottish weather to do it🤞🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

That is awesome. What is the ignition system and fuel delivery system up upgraded to? Have you measured how much bhp you have? Did you do any lightening/balancing, porting/polishing? Stock cam or aftermarket?

Another top job 👏, what would you recommend to spray over my repairs once stripped but before new panels are fitted considering mine will be an outside job, and did you fit new quarter up behind remaining panel ie did you joggle the new panel ? Cheers 👍
