Such a beautiful video
What a wonderful and inspirational human your soul dance with so many colors.thank you.
Damn , his a national treasure
Tone down the music or lose it, it distracts…. The artist speaking is the focus
Chill
What a refreshing, candid, thoughtful, interview. I especially love the part where she makes the point that she is inventing while she paints, and that she "likes making things." I like what she makes, and am deeply grateful for her paintings.
Pleasant woman, bad painter.
what a phenomenal conversation, thank you
It sure is!
the music was such a distraction for me.
I think its great that this lady enjoys what she does And I think her art is important to her. But im not sure about her style. Only a very few hit the big time in art. But all the other people who love painting are just as important. As they are great supporters of the arts. And artists need support.
This artist was so interesting to listen to and I loved hearing her talk about why she wanted the life of an artist, I completelyrelate. The electronic music was so distracting though. Just the sound of her voice and her brushes would have been enough, everything has this same type of music layered in now.
Wow beautiful, beautiful work 😻 and beautiful artist, made me want to paint him (that profile ✨) Thank you for sharing this gem with us ❤
Great to discover a fellow Mexican artist full of character and vision.
There's a need for more content as authentic as Marcus'. Stories from artists like Marcus and myself, who didn’t follow a traditional path through formal education, are essential and greatly needed in the creative space.
I think your awesome ❤
I really like your paintings, the work is extremely beautiful, thank you.
Oh Katherine! Love your story! I just left the city because I couldn't make a living. I wish I had found you earlier. I relate to you and I would still come back to meet you. I am lost at 71. I felt it was over for me. seeing you makes me feel I am just starting I guess! Betsy
I hope u have found your way I have been lost all my life I’m 56 still trying to me found
oh, like fresh air ! thank you for those words !
Amazing! xox
amazing work. painters please wear gloves
This was good up until the point you decided to drown her out with the crappy music.
Absolutely a damper. Wish it could be remixed without so the impact of her words would stand out better.
Super interesting and inspiring. Would be great to lose the backing track... definitely not needed.
You dont become an artist all because the art world accepts you . She was desperate to be a big deal . Sadly this level of mediocrity has infiltrated the art world ..its got nothing to do with vision and everything to do with making the right moves and surrounding yourself with the "right" people
Great interview. What KB says about art is true of life in general, I kept thinking Yeah that's my life but I'm a psychologist. Anyway, the art of living is discussed here, Life = Art = Life
Without the world we have no Reference.
Classic example of nepotism and the desperation of an artist for fame and recognition .
Nice video! @goteamphoto #goteamphoto
The days you are a nobody are the best days.
such a great documentary!!! such an awfully disturbing background music!!
Beautiful work!
Wow! Such a creative mind. You have a beautiful mind.
So relatable, thank you!! Wonderful philosophy, wonderful life xoxoxo
Ahhhh, I love you Katherine Bradford, you are such an inspiration for how to live!!
🌼💐🌼
Love Kathy Bradford, love listening to her, she is a breath of fresh air when it comes to making a painting
@@RoseWood-z9x AGREED
She is the nicest!!!
Christoper Walken seems SO chill now!!
Incredibly relatable!!
I'd never heard of her before. Her work reminds me of candid snapshots of how people really are on the inside. Inside photos. She's truthful and real and I like that and her. No pretension which is refreshing.
Love her work, great interview….a most inspiring woman who is genuine & down to earth, most refreshing
amazing
Thank you for introducing me to this fascinating artist. At 82, I share her attitude regarding my art making but lack her courage. Much admiration for her and best wishes for continued recognition.
Just watching her process made me happy! 😊
What song starts @1:30 ?!?! Sooo good!!
Thank you Ms. Katherine. I am 72. Just found my art too. I don't really paint but I make things using paint and canvas and paper and wood and all kinds of substrates. And I love it. And yes. Making something of value fits right in there too.
You are an Artist and your soul is telling you! Continue please.
I’m 77 going on 78 and Worked as an Architect but in the last ten years or so I started “making things”. Drawing, watercolors, objects and now I’m making mini couture initially for my granddaughter’s mouse and bunny people. I realized that I’ve always wanted to do costumes and Theater design. Actually I’m just having fun and it also it’s therapeutic. Helps me. mourn the loss of my daughter in a positive way.
Thank you
she's my hero now
Painting with both hands is crazy
Great interview, Great woman. Great artist. great philosophy!
Does anyone know the name of the one on the bottom right at 5:27?
