George had been to the US, and he was influenced by Country and Western guitar playing.
He visited his sister in 1963 before The Beatles were known in the States. No one recognized him.
@@ktcarl - I heard a story about George Harrison visiting his sister in the state of Illinois in 1963. They went to an American Legion club where a Rock 'n Roll Band was playing. George got to "sit in" with the band and did a great performance playing lead guitar! Someone said to the leader of the band," You should hire that kid!".

He probably wasn't the only one. Can you imagine how hard it was in England for post WWII children? Plus McCartney's Mom died of cancer when he was 14yrs old. Ringo was lucky to survive all his childhood illnesses too.

It would be rather difficult to find actors that looked exactly like they did when they were teenagers.
@@ktcarl why? there are photos of what they all looked like when they were teenagers- the actors should have been chosen on that basis
@@mikev4621 Lennon didn't have blue eyes and he wasn't as good looking as the actor that portrayed him.
@@ktcarl Yes, he definitely had brown eyes- did I say blue ? Yes, Lennon wasn't conventionally pretty, so why did they choose that guy to portray him?
