While doing a unit turn, the property manager flagged that the kitchen sink was leaking. After giving the strainer a little wiggle, I knew it was due for a replacement. Here's a quick video where I swap out the regular basket strainer with a deep cup basket strainer which in my opinion are a little easier and more knuckle friendly when it comes to tightening them down when you have the room to use it like this one did.
