I don't know where you are from but please read Julia's Smith book "Why has nobody told me this before" ❤ im 35 yr old single mum who's 4 yrs old daughter finished her 2.5 yrs long cancer treatment yesterday and i was struggling with my mental health for past 5 yrs, medication,support, gelp,therapy, nothing worked, still struggling. But this book is huge great help , trust me ❤ please try x ❤

Oh shit. What great timing, Ive been thinking about exactly this with pets. Pets you gotta mimic their natural environments or they get ill. Say for example a dog has a behavioural issue and sits at home barking all day. Theres soooo much advice about trying to tackle the symptom of barking, shock collars or weird distracting smells that release blah blah blah But the answers that actually work are always the answers you just said. The environment. How much exercise is it getting? How much mental stimulation? Whats its diet? And boom suddenly the cause is fixed and the sympom goes away. I sometimes think. What if we treated pets like we treat ourselves? Not enough exercise, dont let it sleep, not enough real world mental stimulation and feed it pure processed food. Whats the outcome?

So again, not good for me if they are a lot. I generally try and manage, but even if few, I get eaten badly. So this will definitely be a no. Thanks again
