I used mine just last night it wasn’t fully charged, but while charging I printed photos and lines appeared on it. I tried this method to use the blue smart card the line problem still persisted. I even tried to blow out dust from the roller inside the printer. I am wondering if it could’ve been the battery charging while printing that caused the line problems. I should’ve waited for my printer to be fully charged before printing out my photos although, The first couple of photos were fine that were from a previous pack of Zink paper that was left inside of the printer. After using up the Zink paper that was left in my printer. I opened my last new pack of Zink paper and after printing from that pack that is when the line problem was starting to happen while printing out photos.

I purchased my HP Sprocket this past Christmas the Black Noir colored one. After using it 3 times the print looked as if it came out fine with no problems with the quality of the photos and later on a couple of days later I started noticing red spots/blotches on the photos started to appear randomly. The red marks/blotches are more noticeable on the black parts of my photos. I gave my mom one print with our black pet Pomeranian and noticed that there was a green turquoise dot on her face in the picture which wasn’t there before I printed it from the beginning and I noticed multiple tiny red blotches on our black Pomeranian in the photo. I don’t know why this is happening and I am realizing that these red blotches are developing over time in my photos cause they weren’t there before when I had printed from my HP Sprocket 200. You can see the red blotches from closer viewing of the photos and I’m not sure if I should return my HP Sprocket printer. Right after I printed my photos from my HP Sprocket I waited for the photos to set and cool off and in order to protect my printed photos I placed each one of them in an individual photo card sleeve case. 😕🤷🏻‍♀️
