Don't sell during that time. The fact is we still have shortage of inventory and rental prices are almost as high as a mortgage payment. You can pay into your future or someone else's, but it's difficult to do both. Thanks for commenting, conversations should be had, whether you agree or disagree.

Big banks have their own lawsuits coming with their REMEC programs and foreclosures going south for them real soon. I do think there will be issues coming up with many creative financing means... after-all the government would prefer to regulate everything. I do agree that the banks tend to want cash now because the fractional reserves system is so broken. We still have a lot of people moving in and out right now though. Thanks for your comment, I do think investors should consider all alternatives.

The substitute trustee refused to show us the "copy" of in Blank note to prove she was the holder that we disputed. They still foreclosed on us.

Yeah no lie there. We have lack of inventory here. It's still tough with the high interest rates and rent is now cheaper than a new mortgage. We still have people pricing high, hoping for the best, but we caution our sellers about doing that right now. Homes are going for market value in our market.

Yeah the major 5 own a high percentage of the rentals now. That's a big reason prices are the way they are for sure.
