"what do you put in a description"?
It's a channel I started some years ago to basically save some stuff so it didn't get lost lol. The last few years it's become a platform for me to promote fundraising, share my love of running, motivate others to get some sort of activity in their own lives and learn about using social media platforms.
A little self indulgent at times but I'm passionate about what I do and who I do it with, so WHY NOT?

This year's annual visit for our group Tividale Trotters to Baggeridge Country Park and Himley Hall. Seventeen of the gang plus our supporters getting down and dirty around the trails and once again reinforcing the club ethos of lending a hand to all! Another vlog/video from our recent involvement in the Birmingham Run 23 staged at Sutton Park on the outskirts of Birmingham City Centre. Our run/walk was from the 10K distance and the 6th of that mileage for Mrs G's 10K a Day Challenge in August.

As it says in the title really....... The BBCHM took place on Saturday 1st July 2023 along the towpaths from Wolverhampton to Birmingham. Myself together and some friends from our Tividale Trotters Walk & Run Club took part and this video captures the entire route at 15 times the speed I ran it. Filmed on a Gopro 9 with chest mount it sure does show the route in record time. @BBCHM #BBCHM @steweb
