Hello. I’ve not heard of check. Did you mean Home Owner Association?
I am not sure but I presume it is. It says association check required on MLS and on some realtor sites I.e Michael Saunders just we are looking around florida for somewhere to retire does this apply if paying cash thanks
@@michaelcarr7785yes. Generally it means that any new resident would need to be first approved by the homeowner association. I believe each association has some kind of rules or standards before folks can move into the neighborhood.

Nice home, but for someone that's retiring and looking to buy, I don't want to climb up stairs.

@@daidavies6210 I do not believe that there are any communities in Lakewood Ranch without an HOA. You may consider communities that don't offer all of those amenities. (tennis, pool, pickleball, etc) There are options

HOAs Fees $350 a month wow… NOPE 👎
Where else would the money come from for the pool and the Pickleball courts and the basketball courts and the tennis courts and the landscaping and the water and the trash and the community center and the gym.

I don’t play Pickle Ball so its no use to me, If i want to go swimming i will buy my own pool not use a pool that others swim and pee into, I can actually do my own garden thanks, I dont play tennis or any other ball sport, Will take care of my own trash thanks . Community centre i dont care I’m only looking out for myself the community can kick dirt, Anything else ?

I hear ya. I appreciate the feedback. It’s kind of that Catch-22 people have such a little attention span so when I do the longer videos people tell me I should speed it up and get to the point and when I do my quicker videos, people tell me I need to slow it down. Trying to find the balance
Know what you mean. Do you have a video of the pantry? Does it have a prep kitchen?
@@Peter-ok9bj It was fairly large but no prep area in the pantry. I've done a video about about 40-50 of the current models and I have yet to see a prep area in the pantry. Some of these are custom builders so I am guessing they can build one
I have seen it in Lee Wetheington homes. John Canon has it in 2 homes but they are 4M+ homes like the Adilade and Korina.
I’m sure they can add that feature. Are you looking at hones to buy here?
