Hi Angel, stick with it, I am 67, last march I too started my TH-cam channel as a crafter, mainly cards, Elaine Horroll cards. I was exactly the same as you so worried about putting myself out there, slowly slowly catchy monkey and you will succeed, my advice concentrate on your content and don’t worry about others. My videos are what I call very raw with minimal editing and I believe this is what subscribers are drawn to ( honesty) my channel was Monetised in 5months which was amazing for me whereas a fellow crafter of 3years is still yet to be monetised, the only difference as I say mine are raw, and hers are all singing and dancing with lots of fancy technical features, try and stick to regular days to upload every week and your subs will get to know your routine it’s not about how many subs you have it about the watch time hours. Just one more piece of advice don’t check your channel constantly as it will drive you mad xx Happy day

I have been involved in spirituality for over five years now. There are many similarities, two supernatural, being spiritual. It seems to boil down to what the mind and eye can or can not see. There is a much bigger world out here.Then we can perceive what the human eye and mind. So many unexplained phenomena. I think that is awesome that you explore that and are not afraid. Fear, it's just a human emotion created by the mind.

Appreciate your feedback. Everything I share is what I have been learning whilst trying to grow my channel, I have applied all of these techniques. The only way it can work for anyone is by trying. No one has to take my advice, we must all do what we feel is right! 🫶🏻

@@angelmialife TH-cam -- haha - Seriously if I knew that after making almost 600 videos and tracking the stats for 2 years I'd gladly share. Biggest revelation is "Stop trying to make money from YT". I make a little from the ads, but I make a lot more from my courses and YT drives people to them. So basically I'm in control not the algorithm.

This seems to be true from what I'm seeing on TH-cam. I'm being recommended videos with literally 10 views and some of these channels I've ended up subscribing to. They really do seem to be trying to help out new creators who make good content.
