Hi Kamo. Temu and Buffalo will both send you communication concerning how much tax you must pay, where to pay it and even how to pay it. If you have just made an order just stay put and regularly check your email, sms(s) as well as your Temu app under "tracking" on the "Your order" tab and you will most certainly know how much, how to and by when to pay for your taxes. The options available for paying tax are however not limited to EFT, Capitec Pay, Direct bank deposit, paying via a retailer (like boxer, Pick and Pay etc) and several other payment routes. Hi Tahira. As of the 1st of July South Africa put in place regulation which made it that all temu parcels will be taxed with an import duty of 45% plus VAT. So yes you will be paying more tax than you would have payed earlier before the new tax law was implemented. 🌼
