To long and to sharp of a 90 degrees down i think it needs to be shortened from top to bottom and more a tapered down in the back rather than a sharp 90 degrees drop off in the back I made another video that shows more detail of what im talking about

Sure I'll be glad to help you I need to know some more information about things you've checked tried for starting some things to help you out have you replaced your spark plug even though it Sparks on the outside doesn't mean no spark on the inside I've learned that the hard way. Make sure your battery is fully charged if the battery is weak between the CDI box the starter and the ignition coil will rub it of sparking sufficiently. If the motor is not turning over fast could be because of a starter needing rebuilt or replaced or your decompression pin is not functioning correctly. If you can include me in on more information about the symptoms that you're experiencing besides a new start

So today i re did the valves adjustment put oem cdi new rectifier new jets 160/165 turn 1 carb 3 turns 2 carb 2 turns but my compression is still 60psi also battery at 100% all i could think is the compression pin

I have done this to my 1931 model a ford you can now hear the motor running in that video as well. So what i'm gathering is metal rescue gets rid of the rust and help assist in loosening the piston the other key factor is the lil fire i made inside the cylinder head using gas also played a key role as well so both working together provided a safe easy breaking the piston loose and free to move and i was able to remove the piston and now am using a different cylinder jug and the original piston and rings are in great shape now. As you can see that piston and cylinder was in a horrible shape it was not looking promising until the next day. Also keep in mind metal rescue works best when it is warmed up either in the sun or heat gun cold weather makes it work slower. There's more to come next im gonna see how the motor runs. Stay tuned

huge thank you good sir im glad you enjoy my work and videos i try my best with what i have to do what i can do. i think the problem is most think im made of money and then come to the show here on my channel and see something being worked on to improve its quality and reverse its damage regality it looks as if im messing it up with rust and making a rat rod. if everyone only knew how much harder the work becomes when you have to create work for yourself to make money to build the things i build their would be far more respect to me as i do not have anyone giving me free stuff and a free garage to work in and don't even have a pay check haven't had one in over 10years. i got a roof over my head and i pay my own bills and buy whatever i want and my girl loves me dearly and i never have to ask her permission to buy anything because she knows i do more than just bring home the bacon.
