Jerrold M. Post on malignantly narcissistic leaders
"The late Emeritus Professor of Psychiatry, Political Psychology, and International Affairs from The George Washington University discusses malignantly narcissistic leaders in his January 2015 discussion on Narcissism and Politics [full video at lnkd.in/evUEyM6A]:
"[Malignant narcissism] is a remarkably ubiquitous psychological characteristic. And, in this unstable world where so many of the conflicts have to do with rogue leaders or leaders with malignant narcissism-the psychology of Hitler, the psychology of Saddam-to not have a nuanced political personality profile of leaders is to be significantly impaired. …The only way we can deter individuals is by understanding, in a nuanced way, their personalities. And when malignant narcissism is that personality, it is very very dangerous indeed.”

Numerous studies. You mean studies that received government grants to proceed. Grants do get doled out to studies they do not approve of therefore of course it says people who are "conspiracy theorists" are psychologically prone to these matters. In reality the government has bombed it's own cities, killed it's own citizens, toppled other governments. Waco, Ruby Ridge, poisoned St. Louis, Iran Contra, Libya, coup in Ukraine, operations mockingbird, mk ultra, artichoke, bluebird, paperclip, Tuskegee experiments, Bundy Ranch, Operation midnight climax. I'm supposed to believe anything they grant fund as a study after these very confirmed events? Ok I'm a psych grad student and do not trust government one iota. The fact that you actually wrote "bullshit receptivity" makes me stop listening to you. The person who coined that is Canadian not American.

Disinformation is the new buzz word used by people who are unable to back up their opinions with decent arguments so choose to smear people instead. It is to replace the previous buzz word fake news which was invented by people who wanted an excuse to cover for their inability to get people to vote for Hilary Clinton..
