@@FirebirdCamaro1220 Fascinating! :0. For me im gonna build a 67 f100 body on top of an f250 frame with dana 60s, rto-610, np205 and an adapter plate to attach the reliable 4.9 300cui i6 to it. Ironically ill call it the "610" for the 6 cyclinder 10 speed rather than referring it to the torque rating lol.
All a ten speed is a 5 speed on top of a 5 speed 5 high gears and 5 low gears and you use the splitter our range selector to switch from your low to high gears

I have a f550 with a cummins and a factory 6 speed was wonder if a 10 speed swap would do me better on the interstate?

Super 10's are rare these days, I've seen a couple older semi's with them, prefer a regular 10 myself

It's a super 10
All a ten speed is a 5 speed on top of a 5 speed 5 high gears and 5 low gears and you use the splitter our range selector to switch from your low to high gears
But hes got that side knob that's considered a half gear
@@fullforce581 it's a splitter, this trans basically works like the high range of a 13/18 Speed, compared to a regular 10 Speed
