Firstly Congratulations on the wonderful initiative taken by the Police Force in Coimbatore. This can be extended to all the states of India and thereby make it a uniform way of working so all citizens become and have peace of mind that their complaints and recognitions are heard. If it doesn't become mandatory then emulation and implementation is done by the police force or on the other hand initiative taken by the citizens to take it to the Police force to implement.
