Um meinen Kopf freizubekommen, ging ich baden. Ich dachte, es würde mir gut tun, so etwas wie ein Schwimmbad zu besuchen. Aber die ganzen Chlordämpfe brannten in meiner Nase und Lunge. Anstatt mich zu entspannen, füllten sich meine Augen mit Tränen. Um den Kopf freizubekommen, bin ich Fahrrad gefahren. Ich dachte, die Luft in Jerusalem würde mir guttun. Aber am Schabbat war ich verwirrt auf den Straßen. Alles ist geschlossen. Was wäre passiert, wenn ich in der Kälte gekommen wäre? Um den Kopf frei zu bekommen. Ich ging joggen. Ich dachte, es würde mir gut tun, draußen ein wenig frische Luft zu schnappen. Aber ich vergaß, dass ich in Haifa und nicht in Galiläa war. Jetzt macht mein Atem ein beängstigendes Geräusch. Um zu klären In meinem Kopf habe ich an einem Triathlon teilgenommen. Ich dachte, es würde mir gut tun, nicht so ein Blödmann zu sein.
