Ive been to Peggy's Cove for my nieces wedding. It was a beautiful wedding and Peggy's Cove was beautiful as well. I'm a New Brunswicker who has just spend 40 yrs living inland, in Ontario. So maybe I am more understanding to its simplicity. I don't understand how someone could find it to be a depressing place. ❤❤❤
Some people find clean and quiet depressing, what are we going to do.
@drivingnbandbeyond I'm a true maritimer thru and thru....maybe I'm just too sensitive. Lol ❤️
No thanks. Looks like one very depressing place.
In the summer people come from all over the world to visit.
Several tourists die there every year because they get to close to the edge where the rocks are very slippery and occasional large waves can pull you in.
@@glenmcivor4803 they sure do, some people just wont follow the signage.
bro thinks he's dashcam lessons
sorry i saw your comment and got emotional, i rescind my statement im sure your a nice person!
I wish, although all these clips as boring as they may be, have all been filmed by me.
@ thats actually crazy though, i thought with 78 episodes it was a compilation of others.
@@Lavernalbb no every clip is filmed and edited by me
That was a fast clean up or repaint. I was there in June and it didn't look this good.
me wife father and my father work on them. Father-in-law was air frame tech, and mine was radar. they help bring it to Hillsborough. the Missile are missing that my father got. Sad to see it look like that.
That's a beautiful design. I'm sure it would fly right, according to the old pilot's adage "if it looks good it'll fly good". I wonder how well it would do with modern avionics and more powerful, modern engines.
A commendable service life for this old, but steady bird.
For a good portion of its life the CF 100 was still around it was used as an Electronic Warfare (EW) aircraft to provide electronic countermeasures training to NORAD units in Canada and the U.S. The CF-100 was retired from service in 1981, having served Canada and the RCAF for 31 years.
I hope one is restored and flying, or plans are afoot for the restoration of one ? What a joy to see one in full livery flying past, with reheat. (After burner) I don't know how strong the US influence on terminology is. 😊
Certainly a beautiful aircraft, I wonder why it was never developed into a swept wing fast jet? The where with all and the skill set existed within AVRO and Canada.
During the 1950s, the Avro Canada CF-103, an advanced derivative of the CF-100 that adopted a swept wing and was capable of transonic speeds, was in development, but was terminated. Further development of these concepts ultimately led to the Avro Canada CF-105 Arrow. And then that was also canceled.
What A beauty. Have not seen one polished up I do not think.
she just had a refresh, this was its original finish.
Nice to see this Canadian plane being put on display. I remember often seeing the distinctive shape in the sky when I was a child.
This CF-100 Canuck at Centennial Park was built in 1958 and bears the serial number 18488. In 1966, it was flown to Moncton, towed through the city and placed on the concrete pedestal during a ceremony with officials from the Royal Canadian Air Force and then-mayor Leonard C. Jones and MP Margaret Rideout.
I hope someone eventually restores an airworthy voodoo, its such a wonderful looking plane and wears any paint scheme so well
Canadian Forces Base Chatham had a CF-101 Squadron and they have a plane on display, I am not sure if it is in better shape then this one. 1962-1984 No. 416 Squadron RCAF
They could fly it well! Now take care of your Mount Boys
034 is one of the best preserved ones in Winnipeg. Unfortunately it's been parked outside on display now for a few years and will likely look like this one soon. The museum just got a Buffalo also but it sits outside to. I did see 028 in person a few years ago, it's to bad it wasn't enclosed years ago.
Big beast of an airplane! Gonna make it gleam like the CF100? Nice snow plow.
The first batch of CF-101 wore natural metal finish like the CF 100, the second batch were delivered in silver paint finish with the new Canada Armed Forces markings. Later, all aircraft were painted voodoo grey.
Nice looking Clunk (Lead Sled?). Well polished!
It was just refreshed this summer
Thanks for the video! I served for 6 years, driving, maintaining and living in the M113 and it's variants. It is the longest serving AFV in the U.S. arsenal!
Yay for NB content :). Don't forget the Voodoo in Miramichi.

I'm old. I remember the era before cell phones. A lot of people were never distracted. They were selfish self centered entitled assholes. We need mandatory road tests every 10 years.

This was brilliant to watch, thank you.
Thank you, it isn't hard to tell it was my first time doing something like this.
bro how old are you and what state are you from? these are just normal drivers in NY. Be a good driver and just learn to expect and deal with this kinda shit.
how are you wasting your time recording this shit lmao
Ah, Simms corner. A tourists worse nightmare trying to determine who has the right of way. I mean even the locals don't get it, and really some people just flat out ignore who has the right of way and just go and hope they don't get nailed by someone else. They really need a web cam setup there, like they do at the Armdale Rotary, would be one entertaining feed.
Yep, typical Moncton scenarios. The one on the bike going down Main doesn't care I've seen them do that on busier streets than that section of Main St. I believe that car with no brake lights is an Elantra, they must have some problem with them as I see them all the time with one, two and in this case all 3 burned out. I guess at least the turn signal works, something that most people in Moncton have no concept on how they work and when to use them.
Have always wanted to sneak out and see it for myself. Thanks for the preview.
Nice to see my neighbourhood from this angle (you'd hardly know the lake is barely 2 feet deep). Great Petitcodiac video, too.
Thank you
Simms corner is a nightmare.
I just came across your videos this morning. I deal with this every day. The traffic circle in moncton is the worst. I am so afraid of getting hit on that first turn from non yielding drivers.
