I wish I hadn't spent the last year and a half only buying into group coaches and courses instead of hiring 1:1 support, but thankful I've realized now that this is what I want/need.

I am extremely grateful for these tips. I was so clueless on why my content was not attracting engagement. Most of the essentials were just locked up in my head. I took two weeks off social filled with frustration and upset with myself. Now I ready to try again. I never wanted to talk about the pain points as if I was looking down on my audience. No I understand that it needs to be written so its known that I really understand. You don’t have to do it on separate days. Just go back before you post to ensure it answers: 1. Who are you talking to and what's in it for her/him? 2. What problem are they facing? 3. What solution are you providing with great value? 4. What credibility position or solution can you deliver? I have been in over $40, 000 dollars of college debt and $20, 000 of credit card debt and paid them off in less than 3 years. 5. Tye it back: Budgeting will help you feel Fuel Focused when it comes from a place of expansion and not restrictions.

I took away the I should of....mantra that hurts my esteem. I am show up in a way I would have never showed up. Being consistent and not expecting results tomorrow. I'm showing up with mistakes and I just fix it when I know beet and keep going. Lacey, You are offering so much value and tangible take aways. I have taken some of your content and changed my outlook and business. You have taken coaching and counseling to a whole new level. You should write a book. (ONLY if it serves you.) I just want you to know that I have not seen another like you, your style, and reframe for each person your helping is outstanding.

Lay a foundation and then stack on top. Do not shift to a new idea, but stack onto of what is already working. A strong foundation will help you stack and grow faster and smoothly. Shifting is a hard way to scale because your always on a trajectory detour. This strategy is expensive 😳 and it clouds your original purpose. More time, energy, effort, and expense is necessary to get it up and moving.

Except they do work... probably not good to talk on things you don't know about. It's not completely passive, you'll always be testing but they do work quite well if you optimize it well.

I couldn't agree more: we don't help our clients by enabling their self-sabotage just to keep a comfortable peace. If transformation were easy, everyone would be doing it. THEY would be doing it on their own. That's why they hire us. To provide support, guidance, insight, AND come-to-Jesus truth when it's necessary. (And it's always necessary.)
