This video is complete garbage. Water is not a fuel! Water is a fully oxidised molecule, it is in its lowest chemical energy state. The video goes on to say that the water is split using hydrolysis into hydrogen and oxygen, and here is where the problem lies. The hydrolysis takes nearly 7 times more energy than you get back by combusting the hydrogen back into water. So where would this energy deficit come from? A ruddy great battery!
