Hey, I play again the Mercenaries 2 (Ps2 version) it seems doesn't work although i found the other way, after destroyed the UP Tower and before escape from that area to receive payment, i type cheat code for all faction back natural which includes UP (Still on Faction Mood screen), after i received the payment which their no more on the faction mood screen. I checked the UP mood ( at Their moutain outpost), They are now friendly with me permanently.

New sub, say..i have a question? If we destroyed UP HQ (of course we have to take China contract for nuclear bunker buster) does The relationship with Universal Petroleum faction also gone? As i like Universal Petroleum and China although not much favor with Allied Nation (America technically).

Idk if you know this exploit. You can enter and exit any outpost with your vehichle outside and it repairs and rearms it. Particularly useful for helicopters.

I feel like the PLAV along with the pirates,are the least fleshed out factions when it comes to interacting with them. Even UP became somewhat important late game if you choose to side with the Chinese.

I've seen some of these hueys just spin in circles. It looks like they're having fun.
