is this neccessary to do first any course from MTI and then later E-learning. Or we can enroll for modular course e-learning anytime and start?
You can do the modular course from the mti and then do the e-learning. But the certificate will be generated only after it is completed. Some mti will ask u to do the e-learning before enrolling the course.
As a female seafarer it's not very encouraging with videos like this, portraying men only throughout the entire video
