Heyyy man! Let me know if you got my WhatsApp or discord messages!
did you have all 3 grids together for this one? or g3 to ground?
I love the sound this transformer makes, especially in Photon’s Master Jacob’s Ladder Video. It’s a very nice toy indeed!
hey sir, since u use doubler for that single mot, can i just use 2 Mots in series instead?
Watching that has quite a relaxing feel to it.
Man that's a huge flame for a GU-81M. Looks like it's over 30cm long :D
I saw a bonsai tre!
I love it sooo much! Awesome!
If she has a sys, I have a lot of GU81s... 🥰
Electrolytic and AC shouldn't be in the same sentence. Unless those diodes are functioning as a half bridge, which in that case, nevermind.
Bright arc temp 12000K (50Hz)
I wish health for both of you bro 😊🤗 this video made my day today sure she can made it as time she chooses you as her husband she can make everything great 😊 don't forget you are one of her choice you are lucky to have her and she is lucky to have you you are both lucky to have each other 😊 she is a big support to you bro
If i buy them here in my country they will consider me a possible terrorist and ask me for what i want those big caps 😂 even why i only use them for fun and antistress 😅 good job there Steve with shrink you remember me the vector on movie despicable me
Why do you talk like this
Like what?
Forget Disney's lightsabers. THIS is the world's most realistic lightsaber
😃
IRL lightsaber moment
that is mechanical or liquid bearing?
Yikes! Those are some serious VTTC arcs. My 833A machine isn't close to that. Going to do a staccato board but for sheer output yours is devastating. Great job!
🤙⚡✌️🖖
Holy crap this is amazing. What tube is this?
Hello Steve, glad to see you, How many turns of the primary coil and the coupling winding? And also what is the height of the secondary coil and what is the diameter of the secondary winding wire? Is a 0.5mm wire suitable for 1.5MHz ? With a height of 20 cm and a pipe diameter of 5 cm, is such a coil suitable for Gu81m? And the last question, is it possible to put a shifter capacitor with a capacity of less than 40 UF, like you, but for example 6 , 6 is enough for long discharges?
Thanks in advance for the answer
Thanks in advance for the answer
And what is the capacity of the contour capacitor here? For 1.5MHz
I would go with a thicker pipe. I'm pretty sure he's using 70mm pipe. With the doubler cap you have to try what value works the best. For using the coil with a staccato controller it should probably have a high capacitance. Use javatc and try random values till you find a coil that you like and then just build it. It's really tricky to get it to work properly especially with a high coupling as t2d uses. It arcs over extremely often with a tight coupling especially if you have a tapped primary.
A topload seems to help to stop arc overs since it seems to load down the output voltage. Toroid toploads are the best since they shape the arc due to the electric field I think too.
That's a fine discharge!
Perhaps next time stand BEHIND the front of the CRT.... 🤔
It is NOT the electrons slamming into the glass that is emitting the x-rays.... The electrons have to hit a metal target, and that target is the metal shadow mask screen inside the C.R.T. thatvis emitting the rays
That is very cool effect. Is the magnetron running on full power? 😀
Is that a thermal cutout? Thats intresting ive never used or had the gas discharge tubes.i have some ceramic caps that have slits cut into them, maybe similiar breakover device.🙂
Thats awesome, good grief what freq is that?sounds like a great ultrasonic pain field generator🤯who needs a transducer.pretty awesome i wonder what ur using for bobbins on that.do u have a bobbin winding video?😃
That arc was awesome for a basic GU81
Awesome video, I'm planning on building my own coil too :) Does the tube get overpowered and heat up a lot or is it fine to run it continuously?
What is the vacuum tube name
Susan 😅 .. its q 5kW triode, i dont remember the number but i will get it for you when i next work on that coil, its a Toshiba 7T something designed for induction heater.. il get back to you mate, thanks for watching Steve Edit its a Toshiba 7T85RB mate
Well done!
Hello again I hope you're doing better. I'd like to know if she used a 0.4 mm diameter or section area wire for the secondary. Thanks.
Wow love ❤
I'm still struggling with flyback have to switch to x ray transformers I suppose
Cool ❤
Insane
Nice super
Nice super
Thanks Mesuut 😃👍
That’s not continuous wave.
Its 50Hz with a level shifter not interupted so its CW
super wow nice like
Süper love

Ahh yes. The HFVTTC, also known as the demon circuit. Really nice
Nice! you gonna give us a schematic?
I wont recommend anyone build this as the output is usually connected to a MOT which is deadly. But its quite easy to find a schematic online. I would probably recommend looking at the high voltage forum for more info about this and some less cursed schematics. Hope this helps😅
Try playing hard metal
Does this use a voltage doubler at the input?
nice work mate
Wild. Do you know what frequency is discharged?
